Matthew E. SchlottMatthew E. Schlott, Director of Operations of Nottingham Inn LLC, creates and directs the daily operation of our two new restaurants and hotel and develops the properties located in Nottingham, PA. Matthew has spent his professional life working at fine resorts, hotels and restaurants in senior management and executive positions. His 40 year hotel, resort and restaurant career includes assignments such as Sous Chef, Food and Beverage Director, Restaurant General Manager, Multi-unit General Manager, Operating Partner and Director of Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management, Cum Laude, from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI. He also possesses teaching experience at the college level for wine education and is a past winner of the Wine Spectator award. Matthew is currently a resident of North East, MD and takes full advantage of the region's opportunities for kayaking and fishing. |
